Besides the daily operations of the company I am responsible for co-ordinating and directing the work of the employees, making IT strategies for RG Group, budgeting, making offers, tendering of subcontractors, keeping in contact with the customers, representation of the company on different professional forums, conferences, doing technical consulting tasks for RG Group and for the customers. Besides this, I am also responsible for the Ltd’s sales and supporting sales for the wider RG Group. I also choose the development team, train them and help team work.

As an IT manager I was responsible for server operation and the controlling of software development. Among my responsibilities were developing and executing IT strategy, forming and observing development environment and different directives and keeping in contact with the customers, subcontractors and developers. In addition, I was also responsible for recruitment of software developers and server operators and training the employees. I was also responsible for developing team work.

In the beginning I was responsible for developing: in PHP (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) language with database backend. Later my task was to plan and carry out Flash (ActionScript, XML) games and applications. Later, besides professional management of the developer team I was responsible for processing and supporting operational tasks and doing server operation.

Technical, admin and customer support systems maintenance and development for DotRoll Ltd. Consolidation of server infrastructure and implementation of new services and features over and above construction of support process automation.

Software complementation for a property sales franchise network, which has more outfits, forming the server background, which gives statistics data to the managers and to the owners of the network and controls the work of the salesmen. It controls the process of property sales such as handling the customers, copulation of the properties and searching demands and centralized document management.

Standardized Museum Informatics System: Completion of an open database and processing software and hardware system. The project was financed by a consortium involving more county museums. The goal of the archeological and art database, which can be enlarged with new sections further on, is to treat digital data, documentary assistance and making the space informatics researches available. This solution helps to service the co-operation with the evolving national digital database, forming a digital dialogue between the Hungarian institutions and the foreign organisations.

Supporting the timetable of the different departments of the University of Pécs, the Faculty of Health Sciences. The system manages among other things: making timetable, scheduling of teachers, economizing the resources (rooms, projectors, etc.) related to the different location.

Completion a PHP based CMS system, planning and making of its developer library for the MarkCon Group. Making new versions and updates, developing new applications.
